Welcome! Southern Oregon Rental Owners Association (SOROA) is a non-profit organization of more then 500 rental owners, property managers and associates. Our members own or manage over 17,000 properties in Jackson and Josephine Counties in beautiful Southern Oregon which encompass our urban areas of Medford and Grants Pass, the unique and distinctive localities of Ashland and Jacksonville with their historic and theatrical surroundings and rural settings throughout the Rogue Valley.

Associate members of SOROA provide members with professional services including tax information, maintenance, cleaning and repair, furnishings, real estate, and management services. Active Associates take part in the education of our members at our monthly meetings and through our newsletter.

Through local meeting of SOROA and the state meetings of ORHA, rental owners and property managers have enjoyed the opportunity to network and build relationships with associates and peers throughout the State of Oregon.
