Landlording 101: This course deals with the process of being a landlord.  MOVING IN: making a property ready to market (rent ready), marketing, screening, move in documents, money, move-in walk through. DURING TENANCY: collecting rent, inspecting, rules of entry, evictions. MOVING OUT: final walk through,  damage documentation, cleaning up (maintenance) and deposit refund. Source materials will be provided.

Must be paid in-full no later than 3 days before the event or your registration will be cancelled - no payments or registration the day of the event.
