FORMS:

Using rental forms which meet the current requirements of the Oregon Landlord Tenant Law is essential.  Using generic forms purchased from stationary stores etc could possibly get you in trouble at some time as they do not necessarily meet the requirements of Oregon Law.  They are very general in nature (not specific to Oregon Law).  Their intent is to cover multiple states.  ORHA forms on the other hand are specific to Oregon Law and kept up to date with the changes in Oregon Law.
